In a bold collaboration between MAB, Six Degrees Architects, and TCL Landscape Architecture, Merri Northcote is setting a new benchmark for residential developments in Melbourne’s inner north. Drawing inspiration from its surrounds, Merri Northcote is designed to sit harmoniously within its environment. Each home makes the most of its location, welcoming in natural light, capturing views of the creek, and ensuring spatial layouts that prioritise flexibility.
The Embelton team supplied and installed over 3000m2 of Engineered European Oak and 5600m2 of recycled engineered timber flooring throughout the residences.
